Welcome to Western Auction & Real Estate, LLC! I am Robin Petersen, Associate Broker, Appraiser & Auctioneer. I have been a near-lifelong resident of Cheyenne County, Kansas. I have grown up to appreciate those caring faces on the streets of St. Francis and the relaxed way of life, and I love calling Western Kansas my home!education in Architecture.

I am a graduate of St. Francis Community High School. I hold a degree in Drafting Technologies. While at college, my calling in Real Estate kept getting louder! I wanted to be a part of our family business so I pursued licensing in Real Estate and Appraising. I have also attended The World Wide College of Auctioneering in Mason City, Iowa and in June, 2008, took personal training from World Champion Auctioneer, Ralph Wade! I hold Associate Broker licenses in Kansas, Colorado, and Nebraska. I love to travel about and work in each area. I also enjoy listing auctions in the areas of Real Estate, farm equipment, and antique auctions!

I share my home with my Son, Preston, our Border Collie, Bailee, Shih Tzu, Gracie, Golden Retriever, Marley and our cat Peek-a-Boo. We enjoy spending time together on the farm with the cattle, sports with Preston, gardening, and attending community activities.
